Footprints for Retail is the most advanced marketing automation tool that enables shopping centers for the first time ever to address audiences based on behavioral data generated within the shopping center. 

In this section you will find out how you can view and understand your shopping indoor performance of your commercial real estate. 

Step 1. Select Indoor Behavior Section 

Go to the left hand menu and choose the Ecosystem Analytics / Indoor Behavior button.

Choose from the top panel the time interval you need your digital performance results to be displayed.

From the top panel you can choose one or more shopping centers for which you need to view your

Step 4. View your Indoor Shopping Behavior Analysis

After completing the previous steps you will be able to see the Indoor Shopping Behavior Analysis for the chosen shopping center/s which means that you will understand your user behavior with our loyalty segment map.

You can follow your user density in each quadrant to ascertain how your shoppers interact with your property. 

By doing that it makes it easier for you to know how and where your marketing efforts need to be adjusted:

  • Low-Engagement Shoppers
  • High Engagement Shoppers
  • High Potential Shoppers
  • Loyal Shoppers

4. View data

Step 5. Select Indoor Performance Section 

Go to the left hand menu and choose the Ecosystem Analytics / Indoor Performance button. The time interval and the selected shopping centers remain the same as selected previously. If you need to see the performance of other shopping centres within the same or different time frame you can make the changes in the top panel.

In this section you have an overview of your Business Location Indoor Performance where you are able to see: 

  • Total Visits
  • Visits Duration
  • Engaged vs. Passive Visits
  • Conversion Funnel

In order to view a more detailed analysis of when your shoppers visit your shopping center/s all you need is scroll down and analyze the detailed dashboard. The data is available per month so if you need to see the performance for previous months all you need to do is choose your desired month.
