Footprints for Retail is the most advanced marketing automation tool that enables shopping centers for the first time ever to address audiences based on behavioral data generated within the shopping center.
In this section you will find out how you can add new campaign creatives for a Google Ads campaign.
Step 1. Select Campaign Creatives
Go to the left hand menu and choose the Campaign Automation / Campaign Creatives button. You will automatically be directed in the New Campaign Creatives Section.
Step 2. Select a marketing objective
You will need to select from the dropdown list one of the marketing objectives.
Step 3. Choose your campaign
After choosing your marketing objectives the campaigns set-up with the respective marketing objectives will be available in the next field. From the dropdown list you need to choose the campaign for which you want to add the creatives.
Step 4. Click on Google Ads/Search
Click on Google Ads/Search section to reveal the fields you need to prepare the Google Search creative
Step 4.1 Fill in your Headlines
The first field you will need to fill in the texts for the two fields destined for the Headlines ( for Google Search there are two Headlines). Your Headlines must contain no more than 30 characters including spaces.
On the right side of the screen you will be displayed at all times a preview of your assets for mobile & desktop version so you can see how your ad will be displayed.
Step 4.2 Fill in your description
Second you will be needing to fill in the description. Your description must contain no more than 90 characters including spaces.
Step 4.3 Fill in your display URL
In this field you will need to fill in your display URL for your Google Search Ad Campaign.
Step 5. Google Ads/ Display
Click on Google Ads/Display section to reveal the fields you need to prepare the Google Display creative.
Step 5.1. Fill in your business name
In this field you will need to fill in your business name.
Step 5.2 Fill in your Headlines
For this type of Google Ad you will be having to fill in a short headline that must contain 30 characters including spaces and a long headline that must contain no more than 90 characters including spaces.
Step 5.3 Fill in your Description
In this field you will need to fill in the description that must contain no more than 90 characters.
Step 5.4 Upload your images for your Google Display Ad
Click on the upload buttons and upload the images for your ads (if the images don’t fit the requested dimensions you can use the crop tool to adjust them).
Step 6. Google Ads/ YouTube
Click on Google Ads/YouTube section to reveal the fields you need to prepare for the Google YouTube creative.
Step 6.1 Fill in your business name
In this field you will need to fill in your business name.
Step 6.2 Fill in your Headlines
For this type of Google Ad you will be having to fill in a short headline that must contain 30 characters including spaces and a long headline that must contain no more than 90 characters including spaces.
Step 6.3 Fill in your Description
In this field you will need to fill in the description that must contain no more than 90 characters.
Step 6.4 Upload your images for your Google YouTube Ad
Click on the upload buttons and upload the images for your ads (if the images don’t fit the requested dimensions you can use the crop tool to adjust them).
Step 7. Don’t forget to Save
You can click on the Save button down at the end of the section to save your creatives and decide your next steps later or you can Save & Go Next: if you are set with your assets than click on this button down at the end of the section that will automatically lead you to the next section where you will be setting the Automation Flows.
Good to know
The budget allocated for this channel is automatically filled in from the settings you have made initially in the Campaign Set-Up Section (if you want to change it you must go back to your Campaign Set-Up Section and make the changes there).
